If you've still got a folder called C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\ that's not going to be where the plugins get installed. Since version 14, it's been owned by Magix, so they've removed references to Sony. Normally I hate that sodding bot that insists on screaming every time you mention Sony, but for the first time ever, it's right. Changes to that tab in options isn't going to do anything for visual OFX effects. VST effects are audio effects - from Cubase VST. Maybe those two plugin directories got mixed up? idk but someone plz help me. I've been able to do this before no problems, but after installing a lot of VST plugins for FL studio now all of a sudden they're missing. I've tried searching for any other hidden SVP files in my appdata and my drive for anything related to SVP. I've tried to completely uninstall Sony Vegas because I think the default file paths have been changed or missing but for some reason it still remembers my settings and past file paths and I have no way to get a fresh install. In my preferences, under VST effects, It says my default VST search folder is C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\.

I've tried to rename my Plugin directory then restart Vegas but nothing ever appears? Its like all of the plugins I install are completely hidden or unable to be found. But when I go to Sony Vegas None of any of the plugins appear anywhere at all in video FX. I go through the entire installation, install them both to my C drive and don't change any file paths. I have tried countless times to download Boris FX plugins to my Sony Vegas. Log in to your MAGIX account and download the latest builds here!.

Not sure if your version of VEGAS is updated? Hate speech, racism, witch hunts, etc.No porn, hate posts, or anything of that nature is allowed.
